1. LOG JAM … The river, or life-force, had become blocked. But with our tenacity, we witnessed a breaking of the dam … and the log-jam below morphed into a vision for a different kind of jam … where the flow might be restored. This was the challenge.
2. YOU DISAPPEAR … Inspired by the loss of my closest canine companion during the album’s production in May of 2002, I peered into the Tube to touch the delicate and Eternal Presence … where the precious soul I’d loved, who seemed suddenly taken from me, was indeed still around, even accessible, nonetheless.
3. PLACE AND TIME … Is that moment of remembering that the separation would only be temporary while we are here, in this place and form and time … and that nothing could ultimately prevent the union that would endure.
